The office is conveniently located on the second floor of the Lowell General Surgery Center in Chelmsford, where outpatient surgical procedures can be performed as well.  Dr. Eliopoulos also operates at Lowell General Hospital and Saints Memorial Medical Center.  All three surgical facilities are certified by JCAHO, (Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Operations) and are conveniently located within miles from our practice.  All three of these surgical facilities have superb teams of anesthesiologists and nursing staff to make your surgical experience as comfortable as possible. 

We invite you to take a tour through our facility.  We have a comfortable waiting area, spacious exam rooms, and an education room where you may see videos pertaining to the procedure of interest.  Also, there are treatment rooms dedicated to Advanced Skin Care, Photorejuvenation with IPL™ and Laser Hair Removal.

Being a native of Chelmsford, MA with strong family ties, Dr. Eliopoulos was eager to establish her practice in Chelmsford.  In 2000 she founded the Center for Plastic Surgery.  Since then, she has been committed to providing excellent care and quality service to her patients and the community. Dr. Eliopoulos is recognized for her surgical excellence and professionalism combined with her genuine and caring personality.  She is not only an excellent technician, but also an excellent listener, which allows her to truly understand what her patients are looking for.  Dr. Eliopoulos feels very strongly about spending substantial time with her patients to learn exactly what they hope to accomplish through surgery and to educate them on exactly what will take place with a potential surgery.

By providing patients with sufficient information on the post-operative course, including possible risks and benefits of surgery, her patients can confidently make an informed decision to proceed with surgery. 

Dr. Eliopoulos prides herself on her meticulous work and an eye for symmetry.  She has a busy cosmetic practice, and offers aesthetic surgery of the breast, body and face with an emphasis on beautiful, natural looking results.  She also enjoys the reconstructive side of her practice, which includes breast reconstruction and treatment of skin cancers.

Dr. Eliopoulos’ exceptional education and training has enabled her to excel in her field.  After completing her undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Chemistry, she obtained her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Following this, her extensive training included a five-year residency in General Surgery at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York, followed by a two-year residency in Plastic Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia, and then an Aesthetic and Breast Surgery Fellowship at the Charlotte Plastic Surgery Center in North Carolina.

Dr. Eliopoulos feels that the consultation process is a crucial and important part of your surgical experience.  The entire team at the Center for Plastic Surgery is committed to making this process as informative and comfortable as possible. Upon scheduling your consultation, you will be mailed medical forms to complete, along with some information about Dr. Eliopoulos, a brochure describing the procedure you are considering, and directions to the office.  By completing your health information forms before arriving to the office, we can better ensure that you will be seen in a timely fashion.

Before meeting with Dr. Eliopoulos you may watch an educational video regarding your procedure of interest.  This may better help prepare you for your consultation and may bring up further questions to discuss with Dr. Eliopoulos.

You will then meet with Dr. Eliopoulos in a private and personal consultation to see if surgery is right for you. You may also review before and after photos of Dr. Eliopoulos’ patients as well.

After your consultation, you may wish to meet with Lori, the Practice Manager, to receive a cost analysis for the recommended procedure.  This will include the surgical fee, anesthesia fee, and hospital facility fee.  Lori can also give you information on financing options and possible surgical dates.  If you do not meet with Lori on the day of your consultation, the cost analysis and financing options will be mailed to you.
