Breast Augmentation
BREAST SIZE IS IMPORTANT TO MANY WOMEN. Some individuals feel that small breasts not only limit their fashion choices, but can also cause dissatisfaction with body image. Breast augmentation can provide women the choice of fuller, natural appearing breasts and a more balanced figure. Breast augmentation is the surgical placement of breast implants to increase the fullness and projection of the breasts that are naturally small or that have lost volume following pregnancy or weight loss. Breast implants can also improve symmetry of the breasts if differences in size and shape are present. Breast augmentation is typically performed with implants made of medical grade, biocompatible silicone shells filled with sterile saline solution. Breast implants have not been shown to impair breast health. Breast augmentation does not necessarily correct sagging breasts. If a woman desires to enhance breast fullness and improve the shape of sagging breasts, a breast lift may be performed in conjunction with breast augmentation if needed.

Breast Lift
A WOMAN’S BREASTS OFTEN CHANGE OVER TIME, LOSING THEIR YOUTHFUL SHAPE AND FIRMNESS. If you have ever stood in front of a mirror and wished that your breasts were firmer, higher and more youthful-looking, breast lift surgery may be a good option for you. A breast lift can rejuvenate your figure by restoring the lift and shape that is often lost as a result from pregnancy, breast feeding, weight fluctuations, aging, gravity, or heredity. A Breast Lift surgery, also called Mastopexy, raises and firms the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. The areolas (the darker skin around the nipples) are commonly repositioned to a more youthful position and may be reduced in size if they have become enlarged over time. A variety of incisions can be used to achieve these improvements in breast shape and are designed to be well hidden under bras and bathing suits. If you have lost breast volume over the years and you also want to add more fullness or volume, implants may be inserted during breast lift surgery to increase breast size.

Breast Reduction
WOMEN WITH LARGE BREASTS EXPERIENCE MORE THAN DISSATISFACTION WITH BODY IMAGE - they may experience physical pain and discomfort. If you are a woman with overly large breasts, breast reduction surgery can be a tremendously life-enhancing option. Having this procedure will give you far more than just smaller, firmer breasts. You’ll also get significant relief from many physical and emotional discomforts, a new sense of freedom in your exercise and physical activity, and the ability to wear a greater variety of clothing styles. Breast reduction, also called reduction mammaplasty, is a procedure that removes excess breast tissue and skin, making your breasts more proportional to the rest of your body. The areola (the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple) may be reduced and repositioned as well.

Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)
GYNECOMASTIA IS THE TERM USED TO DESCRIBE AN EXCESS ACCUMULATION OF FAT OR GLANDULAR TISSUE IN THE MALE BREAST. For men who feel self-conscious about their breast overdevelopment, also known as gynecomastia, breast-reduction surgery can help. The procedure removes fat and/or glandular tissue from the breasts and in extreme cases removes excess skin, resulting in a chest that is flatter, firmer and better contoured. Techniques may include direct excision of excess glandular tissue and liposuction.
